Some agents will snap a few pictures, slap your listing on MLS, and call it a day. This approach just doesn’t cut it, especially in today’s age of digital marketing and highly sophisticated buyers. Conversely, if you’re underpriced you’ll most likely have a host of buyers lining up to take it off your hands immediately.
