My family has called Florida our home for a long time. A really long time. Since before it was a State long. Heck, since before it was even a territory long. I am very proud of the legacy my ancestors have passed along, and I am always eager to learn more about our area’s past.

Understanding the history of Palm Beach County through firsthand accounts gives me a unique perspective when it comes to selling real estate. Growing up, my father and grandfather bestowed upon me all their greatest “back when I was a kid” stories. Luckily I paid attention (more or less), because these little anecdotes have been handy selling points over the years.

I also have a few Sales Tales of my own from my 15+ years in the industry. Real estate is fun, or at least I think so. Buying or selling your home should be too. Can it be daunting at times? Sure. Are there sometimes unpleasant circumstances? Absolutely. My goal as a real estate agent is to effectively guide you through this process, and to also make it an enjoyable and educational experience. That is to say, have an adventure. After all, it is a life-changing event. I will help you avoid the pitfalls and navigate through all the intricacies, no matter how complex… or weird… they may be.

My approach is hands-on. I aim to address all the details and unknowns, thus leaving you free to make clear, informed decisions. Buying or selling a home is an extremely personal and emotional event, not to mention usually the most important financial decision of your life. Trusting this process to a stranger can be unsettling to say the least. While I cannot guarantee what the future may hold, I can promise you this: whatever your homeownership goals may be, I will treat them as my own. Moreover, I will pursue them with the same respect and commitment as if they were my own. Honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic will be at the forefront of all my services.

So, I’m a fairly quiet guy, never one to just blah, blah, blah. I find over-talkative agents to be more distracting than helpful. That said, having an open dialogue with customers is something I find fundamental to any successful real estate transaction. I may not talk your ear off, but I will be listening a whole bunch. In other words, fully understanding your wants and needs is something I pride myself on, because it gives me the freedom to provide you with the best possible solutions. Building trust through honest communication allows that process to happen organically. At the end of the day, my greatest fulfillment comes from helping you achieve your goals.
