Discover The Palm Beaches

Palm Beach County is Florida’s second largest county by area and its third most populous, with approximately 1.5 million residents as of 2020. That’s a far cry from the estimated 517 pioneers believed to be living in the area in 1860 – the year of Florida’s first census. But the kindred spirit of those early settlers remains, and people from all walks of life continue to flock to the Palm Beaches for a sense of adventure and to bask in its warm, tropical climate.

South Florida is like the world’s largest playground. Common sightings include movie stars, athletes, aristocrats, politicians, and corporate bigwigs. It’s laid-back. Relaxed. Even breezy if you will. With over 40 miles of pristine coastline, typical Florida days are sun-filled and stress-free. World class dining, shopping, beaches, resorts & spas, theater & arts, golf, and nightlife abound. Festivities like The South Florida Fair, The Palm Beach Boat Show, Sunfest, and The Honda Classic provide year-round entertainment for all ages. If you’re a fan of the outdoors, everyday activites include boating, big-game fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply lounging on a white, sandy beach. And there’s ample opportunity for hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and more as you venture into the Everglades and other natural areas further inland. The possibilities are endless, and there really is something for everyone.

If it’s real estate that whets you appetite, the Palm Beaches offer an unparalled mix of bustling big cities, quiet residential neighborhoods, and rural farms and land. Whether it be an ocean-front estate, high-rise condo, quaint single-family home, historic cottage, or remote acreage, Palm Beach County has you covered. The neighborhood guides below break down everything to expect from our different areas, and offer a bit of history about our oldest cities. And as always, I’m here for you if you have any questions.
